Illinois Plumbing Heating Supply

Went here looking for a bathtub for a remodel. Went above and beyond so we could actually see and sit in a tub before buying and being able to get it delivered to us. Would highly recommend if you are looking for fixtures, toilets, tubs etc.

Guys came, we're there for about 25 minutes after jetting sewer line, said all was good. Did not run any water upstairs, to assure all drains and lines were clear before leaving. Went and checked basement drains prior to work and found sewage once again, taking over the floor. Called and made the guys aware of my problem. No problem, came the next day. Repeated aforementioned process, but got it down to 15 minutes, maybe. Again left without any testing. This was about 2 wks. ago. I was in basement today, draining water heater and to install new elements. Drain still does not seem to be properly draining.??? IDK?

Employees were great ! Service was friendly and showed patience to novice plumber like myself.

A little tight for a 53ft to deliver but doable.
