We wish to thank Ilten's for our recent positive and pleasant experience with installing our new Lennox furnace and air-conditioning systems. Our prior Lennox system was working fine but, since it was over 25 years old, we decided to both replace and upgrade it. Tim was extremely professional, efficient and helpful in helping us choose the correct size and features of Lennox equipment, Tim also ensured we received all the relevant rebates and credits. The work was promptly scheduled and the installation by Brian went very smoothly and took only a little over a day. Ilten's installed a new furnace and AC to replace our old 35 year old units. The installer kept us up to date on progress and was great to work with. He took about 12 hours from start to finish and stepped through how the new wifi themostat worked. The price was competitive with no surprises. I highly recomend using them.
