We hired Ilts Construction to complete a project in our kitchen—installing ducting, electrical, and a range hood + tiling the wall. We couldn’t be more pleased with Illya, Marco, and Tim. They are meticulous, always professional, affordable, easy to work with. The end result is perfect. They are perfectionists and skilled. 👌🏻 I’ll also mention I felt comfortable having them in our home. Ladies, you know what I’m talking about. I’m a stay at home mom with a toddler and was home with them all day while they worked in the hearth of the home. They were 100% focused on their work, quiet, and interacted pleasantly when necessary. I felt comfortable having a somewhat typical day at home with my kid. Such a relief. I never leave public reviews. So that says somethin’.

My wife and I had gone through over 10 contractors to get quotes and estimates for our home renovation. Most people had promised a quote within two weeks with one company taking taking 8 weeks to respond with a quote... Most companies did give us a quote within 2 weeks and the quotes given weren't very detailed as they would provide blank prices for the entire project, making it difficult and cumbersome to decide on whats necessary within our budget. I had a five-year-old deck that was going into disrepair due to the corner post settling and improper maintenance. The deck was leaning, structurally questionable, and really ugly from years of weathering. Marco and Ilya gave the deck new life in just two days. I was so impressed by their speed, thoroughness and quality work. They also noticed a leaky outdoor faucet as they were washing my deck, which they fixed for me within 30 minutes. Thanks to them, I can enjoy the rest of my summer on my refreshed deck and have guests over without being embarrassed or worried about my guest’s safety.
