Image Floor Coverings Inc.

I have had two floor installs done by Image Floor Coverings, Inc. The first install went fairly well. The second install has not gone well at all. It was originally supposed to be a 3 day job. After paying extra to have the floor leveled, it was not leveled and the tile was laid poorly. Luckily the company agreed the tile was laid bad and agreed to redo the work. We are in our 3rd week of having our house a mess with no living room tile laid down. We are told that work will begin on a certain day and we rearranged our work schedules only to have the work moved to another week. It is all very frustrating. After a work team finally arrived a week later than promised, they had a floor grinder which was supposed to attached to a vacuum to eliminate dust only the vacuum attachment was broken. I

Frank got our job scheduled quickly, and the men arrived as scheduled. Roger and Miguel were professional, fast, and friendly. The install is perfect and I would highly recommend this company.

Great job from this crew Richard Gallegos and Martin his first mate are amazing !! Great job on 7 rooms ! I recommend these folks 100 per cent
