We purchased furniture for our new home. We needed every room. Since we were traveling 5 1/2 hours away, they opened every single piece to ensure each piece was in perfect shape, then they repackaged it & helped us load it. We love the quality, the amazing service, and attention to detail!

Chris helped us out the first time- my old recliner had quit working. I still picked out a chair which he gave me a quote on. I looked at a couple other places- hated the prices and choices- tried to fix the old chair (purchased from you a few years ago) when that didn’t work, called Chris and he’s having my new chair delivered Tuesday. He is a great salesman and listens to what you need. Kudos to him for helping me out.

Solid business that will have us as repeat customers. We found a sofa and loveseat we liked at a brand new place in the valley that was having a 50% off retail sale for their grand opening. Image had the identical couch in their showroom, and their regular price was $400 less that the other places “50% off” price. Ridiculous. We won’t bother going back to the other place. Image gets all of our furniture business from now on.

What a great experience from start to finish. It all began with Austin on the sales floor. Very knowledgeable and confident when asked questions. We were waiting to close on a new house and Austin helped us coordinate it all. The delivery team was on time and fast! When I got home after delivery, I sat in my new recliner and there was a mechanical issue with it. The store was closing in 15 minutes and they still sent out a replacement piece to fix it and made it right on the same day! That’s what small town, and small business should look like. They are clearly focused on the customer experience. Thank you from beginning to end!
