Unhelpful, cocky, defensive phone support. Everytime I call they have an attitude like I'm bothering them, from the second they answer the phone. Thats ok tough guys, I'll go elsewhere.
I needed Mason sand which they were out of but was able to substitute it for another grade of sand for underlayment for a above ground pool. Thanks.
I drive the dump truck up and they load me.
