Just wanted to give a shout out to Jose Riviera he's like my main guy to text and ask questions about what parts I need and he also gets them ordered for me he does an amazing job. Super helpful and always gets me exactly what I need because of his extensive knowledge of these various security systems that I install for my company. Also the other guys that I deal with in-store are just as helpful and knowledgeable we got William there and a few others just want to say thank you to all you guys

I have been a customer of this company for five and a half years or so. There is rarely a part they cannot identify or offer a replacement for. I typically speak with William, as he is incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to lock hardware. If I can't figure out what I'm looking at, I can send him a picture text, and almost certainly he'll figure it out. I have come to call him the Lock Wizard. But there are several other sales reps available that do a tremendous job as well. So I buy my general locksmith supplies, leversets, panic bars, keys and cylinders from them, but they also have so much more available like automotive locksmith supplies, access control systems, security camera systems and so much more. Give them a call, and see if they can help you with what you need.

There are choices for locksmith supplies here in Phoenix. I prefer IML because of the knowledge of all the staff. They now the products . Special shout out to William for all the help he has given me. Having been a locksmith he knows how to solve the problems we run into in the field. He also will recommend a better product than the one you thought you came in to buy.
