Unbelievably poor workmanship and customer service. Unbelievably poor communication internally and externally. Canceled appointments four days in a row. Tried installing the wrong tile. Installed multiple colors of grout in the same room. Cleaning crews calling me to find out if projects are done because they can’t get a hold of ILG. Tile jobs so poor they’re doing things a third time. Installed a batch of defective tile where we had to replace everything on the first floor. If you’re a home builder, please do not work with ILG. If you’re a home buyer buying a home from a company like Taylor Morrison that works with ILG, be prepared for three years of missed appointments and cracked tile like us.

these guys had to regrout the floor in my entire house one year after I closed on a new construction from Toll Brothers. In the process, they broke personal belongings and were supposed to reimburse me for my hotel stay while they worked on the floor. When it came time to get reimbursed, they said corporate policy is to wait 60 days. In what world is it acceptable to allow someone to damage your property force you to stay in a hotel, and have to pay out of pocket while they take their time to reimburse you. I would never use these guys again. If you find your builder or contractor is going to use ILG, run the other way.

This company did a terrible job for half of an entire community with tile floors. Half of them had to be ripped out or re-grouted because they didn't mix their grout correctly. Worse part is, after they were aware of the problem, they kept doing it. I'm not sure if they are too busy to hire trained help or just incompetent. This is the first poor review I have ever written because I don't like to be negative towards a business but the poor workmanship makes me feel like I've been ripped off as they were smiling on the way to the bank. Builder was Taylor Morrison and they are at fault at well for hiring these clowns.

Works for Pulte Homes. Improperly installed tile that is buckling. Scheduled repairs for February, months ago. ILG does not try to order the tile until the week before the repairs are scheduled. Tells Pulte the tile is now discontinued and cancels the repairs. Now they will supposedly let us choose from products with a similar lifetime, but won't have choices available until the week they were supposed to be repairing the floor. Poor quality and poor service.

If your builder is using them, good luck. It’s been 18 months and they still no show, do godawful work and when they finally commit to something will change their mind a dozen times and give excuses as to why they can’t keep their word. Complete waste of a company who does the bare minimum and hopes you give up trying.
