HORRIBLE EXPERIENCIA! I booked and PAID for a reservation through Way.com, but when I arrived, the man in the photo told me the lot was full, without giving me any explanation. When I told him that I had a paid reservation, he RUDELY and ARROGANTLY told me that my $20 didn’t matter because he had “regular” customers who paid more. His tone was disrespectful and completely unprofessional. What makes it even worse for me is that he is LATINO, just like I am. It honestly makes me feel embarrassed, because Latinos are known for being kind, hardworking, and respectful people, but his behavior does not represent us at all. No customer should ever be treated this way. I strongly recommend avoiding this place.

Pre-paid for a parking spot and was turned away. I was told the garage was full- I completely understand that- but I asked why and explained that I pre-paid I was shrugged off. I kept getting shrugged at without any type of response. They should stop selling spots online if unavailable or if they don’t want to provide the service- thankfully SpotHero was able to refund me.

Rene was working this morning and provided a lot of help as well as suggestions for future trips. I will definitely use.

I’ve reserved and payed for parking ahead and they just didn’t let me in (full). Had to search for alternate parking, missed a meeting.

Parking garage attendant smashed the entire passenger side of my brand new vehicle against the wall inside the parking garage when retrieving it after an overnight stay. Not only did I not get an apology from anyone who works there, the garage manager and REEF Parking refuse to pay to fix the damage unless it’s by one of “their garages” on the cheap even after running around and getting multiple estimates at their request. After three months of back and forth it’s gone nowhere. These people are despicable and seem to think they can get away with this. Good thing for security cameras and witnesses. Stay far, far away from this parking garage if you care about your car. It’s way too small to even pack in the amount of vehicles they do!
