Impark - 215 West 125 Street Lot 12

Today, this garage scratched my new car. I just picked it up from the tesla lot a few days earlier. Ask the manager, can I confirm the parking space where the car would be parked. Told me no. I was late for work. Took pictures and inspected my car and gave him the Tesla key card and left. Came back with a scratch that looks like it’s been scored with a car key. When I ask to make a complaint. Was told that I probably did it myself. Even though, I have before pictures. They spoke Spanish about me and I understand Spanish fluently. Extremely unprofessional. I plan on speaking the owners and showing pictures. I cannot believe, I was treated this way. Please do not park here. Impark/ REEF are owners of this lot and they could not be less helpful. I've parked here for a couple months now and received a completely inaccurate invoice. The rate increased substantially from the amount I paid in the first month of service (an amount quoted and paid through a third party app service). The rate increase was never communicated to me even though their website reads I should receive 30 days notice. The invoice was supposed to arrive by mail - but never did. Once I specifically requested that they email it me - I received an invoice with the increased rate that they already considered "late".
