Impark - 450 East 79th Street Lot 66

We payalot of money for parking and somehow yesterday I arrived early morning. (7am)with just 1 parking attendant. I didn't mind I left my car and came back around noon just to pick up my ticket. I came back at. Around 4 with just 1 person ahead of me. It took 30 minutes just to get my car out. And apparently it got a magical dent on the right side of the liftgate. Is this the kind of service you give to your regulars? Its. Upsetting that we already pay a lot of money just to have our cars parked and at the end getting damaged for car less parking. This is unacceptable! The picture attached shows that obviously the dent came from a corner of a post. My car isn't what you call a luxury car but I apg a lot for it and take care of it the best that I can. I've seen these parking attendants giv

The morning guy George has ZERO COMMON SENSE. He'll leave you waiting while he parks 5 cars instead of taking 30 seconds to print your ticket. Then he walks to your car after having you wait pointlessly to read your plate even when you've told him 3x what your plate number is. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to park cars and not waste people's time when they're off to work but CLEARLY it takes someone more competent than George and Kofi.

DO NOT PARK HERE OR GET MONTHLY. Jose is the worst human being ever. He is extremely rude and disorganized. He lost our car keys and we had to get a replacement key. He didn’t even apologize for that. He never takes the car out for you. Instead, makes you go upstairs/downstairs to get the car yourself. He can’t even do his job. He needs to retire ASAP.

AN ABSOLUTE MESS. THE GUYS HERE ARE BEYOND INCOMPETENT. 25 MINUTES TO GET MY CAR OUT. HE MOVED A TOTAL OF 6 CARS TO GET MINE OUT. NO WORDS FOR THE LEVEL OF DISORGANIZATION.
