Impark - 481Hudson

I had a reservation for tonight to park. I paid for it nearly 5 hours in advance. And yet despite them KNOWING they had reservations coming in they still took people. Then even AFTER they were completely full they still let people in and told them absolutely NOTHING! I sar on the ramp with 30+ cars for over 20 minutes and nobody came to tell us the situation. In the end one of my passengers had to walk down to them to be told the situation we had to leave. This is absolutely unacceptable.

Terrible service. I made a reservation, and when I arrived, the parking lot was full. No staff came to the entrance to inform me or manage the situation, preventing more vehicles from entering. This caused a complete breakdown, and I was stuck on the ramp for 30 minutes. If it weren't for the wife of the driver in front of me, who got out and walked over to ask what was happening, I'd still be there. Absolutely terrible service.

Great parking garage! We park monthly and most of the staff are so, so nice and prices are relatively reasonable for the area. Getting our car is always an easy, quick process. They sometimes have good deals on SpotHero too. Be aware that they occasionally get extremely busy on some evenings when there's a big act playing at the Brooklyn Paramount nearby, but other than that, highly recommend!
