Terrible customer service I pulled up with a reservation and the employee just says back up guy and says he can't help me I already paid for the parking and I had to chase him down for him to even explain to me why. Ok he has monthly parking that has to come out in order for me to come in and park my car all he needed to do was explain that to me instead of brushing me off terrible service it's crazy how unprofessional some people are. Never again I guess he seen my skin color and couldn't take my car because alot of people pulled in to park there csr but I couldn't park my car even with a made reservation I couldnt even get a explanation as too why I had to chase him down to get a decent explanation shame on you
