Impark - 750 6th Avenue Lot 34

I made a reservation thru Spot Hero to reserve my spot here. Upon arrival, I pulled up and parked exactly where the sign was. Turned out it was the exit lane for cars retrieved for customers. The attendee drove up to my car and gave me the death stare as if I should had known not to park there. Then he pointed with his finger to move the car instead of verbally communicating it. I saw few other customers making the same mistake and the attendee treating all of them the same way. I came back after 20 minutes to pick up my car. The same attendee saw me as he walked down to fetch another party’s car. After he got back, he ignored me and went to the next customer who came after me to get their car. I wish I can rate 0 stars for inconvenience! I reserved parking through Park Wiz for a very important work meeting. I traveled from New Jersey and was about 10mins late for my reservation, which was booked for 12hrs. When I approached the entrance, took all my belongings and got out of my car, the attendant said to me, “they were full” and they were done with the morning. As you can imagine, I was very upset and confused because I booked in advance. I got in my car and tried to turn around and the attendant was backing another car with no care or regard about mine, which forced me to back out into the city streets. There was plenty of space for him to let me turn my car around so I asked him if he can move the other vehicle up, instead he yelled at me! BACK OUT, BACK OUT!!!!! Over and over

Horrible experience!! Avoid this place at all cost. Parking attendant has no respect for paying customers. He absolutely needs to be fired.

Look at my history of reviews. I only leave positive reviews so if I’m writing a bad review, you know my experience was horrendous and I will never utilize this parking lot again. Yesterday, I had the WORST encounter I’ve ever experienced in a parking garage. I had a spothero reservation starting at 4:30pm yesterday (4/23). I arrived at 4:24p and pulled into the lot. I have used this lot 2 times in the past and have seen this attendant every time. I came out and showed him my QR code from spothero. He told me the reservation starts at 4:30p so I would have to leave and come back. He repeated this about 5 times as I called my husband to see if he was able to adjust the time for the reservation. By this time, I already went back into my car all while the attendant is repeatedly telling me th

people who are happy in this parking lot are rude. I paid for parking and oversize through bestparking but they demanded another $15. Because I paid through the app the employee served everyone, except me , I waited for my car for 20 minutes. Don't park here
