Impark - Henry J Carter Hospital Lot 73

A female African American hospital police officer did not know there was a prayer room for Muslims after I explained 3 times in different ways; I am not sure if she knows who Muslims are? She is not appropriate to be the 1st line interacting with the public.

This place is a rip off! Be careful parking at this place. Make sure you ask for a receipt when you pay them. They might give you a pink ticket and won’t give you a receipt. We parked at this place and end up paying twice. The guy won’t give the pink ticket back. Some staff are very rude too and wouldn’t listen to any explanation. I would avoid parking at this place but if you have to, get a receipt or youse your credit card.

I have several issues. From the front desk to the officers they have working to patient treatment. I was even cursed out and threatened by one of the officers working and nothing was done. No compassion for the people that they're supposed to care for. I will be trying to write to have them cited they need a overhaul.

A very nice place, exceptionally clean long term care facility, Staff is very compassionate and kind, I did not stay there or know people that stayed there, the few patients that I did see in the elevator said they loved the place, i never heard that from any of the places that i worked in, I was doing some welding work on the chiller room, even that was spotless. I did see the staff and patients every time I was there and I was so impressed by the quality the concern for the patients and how amazingly clean the facility is, and after working in several facilities like this I can say hands down they are the best and if I needed to go to a long term facility that is the place I would want to go, it has a good positive atmosphere also that I have not experienced in any other facilities and i

This hospital is the worst. All the employees need to be replaced. The police treat you like your visiting a prison
