Impark - RiverCentre Parking Ramp Lot 149

I parked closed to the arena & did not pay attention to my level. Laila helped me find my car she was so friendly & personable. She made my day:) it was a reminder why we still need human interaction. ♥️

Price for daily parking, but you will be charged twice if you re-enter on the same date. Besides, the fee has grown exponentially from $10 to $20++ within a few years. I would suggest anyone who has business at RiverCentre to park at the Science Museum, which is a bit cheaper.

$30 to park for a ST PAUL PUBLIC SCHOOL event. I'm assuming part of the price hike was the Wild game that started after, but still. Took over 15 mins to leave because of traffic. People on the road were running red lights and there were no officers or people working the ramp to direct anyone coming in and out of the lot properly. ADDITIONALLY, there were so many trucks parked near the front rows that I parked farther back with my suv. When we went to leave, I couldn't open my doors enough to get my child in his car seat. I barely squeezed in myself. Spots are ridiculously small and no one knows how to park correctly.

No ticket provided when you enter the lot, and no one taking your money when you leave. Turns out I needed to download an app and give them all of my personal information to pay. I can't even see the price of my payment until I enter my credit card information. I did all this, and then see no way to even make my payment after entering my license plate number. If you're going to force people to hand over their personal info to you, you could at least make the app easy to use. Also, I guess there are QR codes in the lot to scan for payment, but, you know, I don't live my life searching for ways to squander my time on my phone by scanning signs in parking garages. Apparently there is a pay station somewhere in this lot, but I never saw it. I will never park here again.

Overpriced parking, look around before parking here, worst case scenario kind of deal. Other local lots offer better rates, you may have to walk a little more but that's an easy trade off. $34 for parking???? I think I'll walk a little.
