Impark - Upstate Medical University Garage West Lot 102

This garage is difficult to navigate by car or on foot. Turning corners is dangerous because it's too narrow and I almost got hit by a truck. There are hard to see speed bumps that give you a violent jolt. There are only elevators on one corner and you have to walk up hill to get back to your car. However, it was actually one level down from what the elevator indicated because of the poor area numbering throughout the garage. Getting on or off the elevators or stairs is absurd because you have to walk past where you need to go because of a very rusty railing that blocks easy access. I'm assuming it's so rusty on the top because people climb over it to get through and have worn off the paint. Having driven throughout NYC and NJ, I say the east and west garages are the worst places I have encountered. The sharp turns with tiny clearance, the drivers who are bolting out of there as if the facility was about to collapse, give me serious concern. Ice covered walkways, poor signage, come on Upstate get with it! This place is a serious HAZARD, I am going to try on street parking and walk several blocks, that would be safer than those garages. Good luck if u have to park there.
