I wanted to thank you for my stay during my trip to New York, the guy who was on duty at the parking lot early Saturday morning 1am , was very helpful. My ticket was torn into four parts. I was desperate because I couldn't read it when I wanted to pay, but the young man glued the ticket on, I was able to read it on the screen and I was able to pay and return home. Just one observation: the fee for lost tickets seems excessive, very high. Otherwise, excellent service
Richard at the front desk was so helpful and friendly!!! He saved our trip to New York and was even kind enough to walk us to the exit and show us the right way!
