Customer service stinks. Attendant was very rude
Very bad experience, booked from spot hero and then imperial parking made me pay again, additional the guys doesn't know or understand English, and it closes at 12 o clock and he forced us to take car no later then 11 tried to explain but they don't understand single word of English, and by the time of 11:30 they already closed the door
