We are extremely happy with our project results! Alan and team do high quality work with attention to detail that makes for seamless renovations. We have had a pantry door expanded and a new door installed to the second level which also involved expanding the landing. For both projects, the results are so good that you would not know the changes were not original to when the home was built. Alan listens to our requests and makes suggestions based on his expertise for the best results. Highly recommend!!!

I hired Imperial Transformation to repair some damaged wood on an exterior beam of my home. The damaged section was rotten and allowed water to leak into the screen porch every time it rained. From start to finish, the team from Imperial Transformation did a great job! They replaced the damaged section with a quality material and sealed it properly. The porch no longer leaks and the repaired section blends seamlessly with the remainder of the beam. They delivered quality work and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. They even followed up with a phone call when it was raining to ensure the repair held. I appreciate the work they did, their professionalism and that they cleaned up when the job was done! I will definitely be calling again for future projects!

Alan did a fantastic job repairing rotting wood around our home, from the siding, to parts of stair railings and rafter extension pieces. He found places in the siding we had missed when walking the property, and the repairs were seamless - he is a true craftsman! We had a perfect encounter with Alan. This guy is beyond skilled. A real craftsman. We had several wood related projects needing attention. Doors that stuck and barn doors which were marking our hardwood floors. Alan, with the demeanor of top professional, assessed the problems, quoted the price (too low!), and called back when the parts were ready. He is, thankfully, in my phone for next time!
