I was very pleased and extremely satisfied on the job that they did. From the very start on answering my questions Jasmin was always prompt to respond. Upon the estimate and the day of the clean up they were on point. Even the estimate was accurate. They move the stuff, cleaned up within 4 hours. Mind you this was a whole house full of stuff accumulated over 25 years. The lead man and his crew were professional. They left the house with nothing on it. I'm so glad I hired them. I just used this service yesterday and I was extremely impressed with how fast these guys got it done. I found them on Facebook after an ad popped up. I sent a message and they were very responsive. I had a few companies that responded but we decided to go with them. It was a bitter sweet moment for us to donate the rest of mom's items due to her passing last year. But we're glad we decided to go with them and donate her items. They got in and out literally! Thank you everyone and Jazmin who I communicated with was very nice as well.

Great service! Needed to quickly close our downtown office. In and Out Junk Removal responded right away and accommodated our requested move-out date and time. Jazmin was very friendly and nice to work with by phone and email. She sent a move team of five guys and two trucks for our project. They arrived on time (very neatly dressed in bright orange company t-shirts), quickly assessed our project, and moved quickly and efficiently, AND finished a couple of hours early! We had lots of heavy items, so it was amazing how quickly these guys worked. I prefer to give less popular companies an opportunity, and In and Out Junk Removal did not disappoint. I really appreciate your excellent service!

Promptly and efficiently hauled away multiple pieces of heavy furniture, along with various other items, from a two-story townhouse being readied for sale. The junk removal service they provided was excellent and their price fair. Very pleased and would highly recommend.
