Incarnato Plumbing & Heating

I had a great experience with Incarnato Plumbing and HVAC with a new boiler. Both scheduling the time for a quote and the install was easy . The price was good compared to some of the bigger guys that inflate prices to cover all the other atuff. He arrived when planned . My boiler was installed in about 4 hours. The work was neat . I had another issue a few days after the install with a frozen water pipe,not related to the boiler, .Dan was quick to look at it and fix for the winter. All communication was clear and timely .I will continue to use Incarnato Plumbing for futures and jobs and would recommend his services to others .

Dan was the nicest guy in business, I've ever met. Water heater was going and instead of coming at the scheduled time he rearranged his Sunday and came and gave us a very fast and very reasonable priced service so we could have hot water that night and took our leaky heater out. Being a new homeowner it's nice to have someone to trust for all your plumbing needs at reasonable prices. His price was a lot less than any other quote we got and his service was fantastic. Wish I knew about him and how much he could've saved me when I did ac and Furnace last year. Highly recommend Dan.

Dan did some work for me when we remodeled our downstairs bathroom. He did a good job and didn't let the job linger on for days. When my kitchen sink drain plugged up just this past weekend I needed some help so I called Dan again on a Friday and left him a message. Tuesday came around and no response, no call back, no text, no nothing. I guess if he's not going to make thousands of dollars on the job he doesn't want to bother. I would have been fine with that, but how about a little common courtesy and calling me back? Or maybe he wasn't taught about things like that when he was raised, who knows. Or maybe he was out walking his dog, like someone else told me he was doing when he was supposed to be finishing up a job at their establishment, who knows. Don't bother with someone who doesn't

We had to have our water heater re-vented because it wasn't up to code and gases potentially could be backdrafting into the house. My brother in law recommended Incarnato plumbing and heating and said he's a good guy and knows what he's doing. That's an understatement! Dan came early, which never happens when you hire someone, helped us decide the safest and cost effective way to revent it, made quick work of it, capped off the hole that was left in our cellar wall, and even added copper overflow tubes to it and our furnace because they didn't have them. It looks great and everything was professional and we were given an extremely fair price. Its so hard to find anyone honest who is in the home repair business. Highly recommend Dan Incarnato to everyone!

We are selling our house and per the bank needed to remove the old central air system that was no longer functioning and too old to fix. We called and they came next day to expedite the process. They were super friendly, professional and you could tell they knew what they were doing. I would recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing/heating or HVAC services. They are the best.
