Incredible Installations LLC

We contracted with Incredible Installations through Home Depot to have our bath/shower combination replaced with a walk-in shower last December. The replacement took two days, and the result was sloppy caulking, crude, ragged transition between the walls and the shower unit, scratched shower paneling, misaligned drain, and a shower door track that was not level, resulting in the doors not staying closed and opening all by themselves. When Incredible Installations sent out the original installer to correct the problems, he made things worse, leaving smudges of caulk randomly throughout the shower, and the tilted shower doors still did not stay put. Incredible Design's contractor Johnathan, did a great job installing my kitchen cupboards, and wall cabinets. He worked diligently, as Lowe's, kitchen cabinet subcontractor installer. The project started on time, and finished on time. Jonathan transformed, my small unorganized kitchen, into an organized, functional space, in just two today's. Countertops are in process. Edward Tristan did a fantastic job installing my entry door with two side lights. I purchased a storm door at the time because the frame needs to be painted and Edward said will come back and install it after it's painted while on finished today. I'm expecting him to. do another great job.
