Edit: Justin reached out after seeing this review and offered to fix the sprinklers the next day, which was unexpected and really appreciated. Although we had a negative initial experience, he talked with us and really showed up as a respectable business owner. It definitely changed our perspective. Original review: as much as I would’ve loved to have the experience that many of these other reviewers have had, sadly it was not the case. Communication was rough, our back fence isn’t level, they hit the sprinkler line and two sprinklers and then cemented the broken line/sprinklers into the post holes after I asked them to just move them out of the way so that we can work on them after. Needed fence for one side of the yard of my newly built house in an old neighborhood, splitting cost between me and neighbor. I called 6 companies, 4 of them got back to me with bids. We decided on one company and informed them of our decision they said it would be three weeks and they would be in contact. Four weeks passed with no contact. I decided to look at options again, and independence fencing was suggested to me by a coworker. Called them as my 7th company they immediately came out did a walk through and got me my 5th bid the next day. They were the second cheapest bid, the most responsive and on top of it in answering questions and staying in contact. They had an opening a week later came out Saturday did the posts and came back 3 days later and finished the job. They were fast

I highly recommend Independent Fence Co.! Justin Bowen and his team are absolute professionals. I couldn’t be more happy with the entire experience from start to finish. We received multiple bids and Independent Fence was the best bang for the buck by far. They wrapped my entire property in a few days and were super to work with. This company was awesome and Shaney was an absolute pleasure to work with. The guys just finished installing the fence and they did a fantastic job. They were hard working, polite, professional, and meticulous. I ordered a vinyl fence with aluminum posts and it's exactly what I was looking for. The prices were pretty much the best (I called around) so I will definitely be using them again for the other side of my property when that fence goes which will be pretty soon. Overall we're very pleased with our new fence. There were some miscommunications and mistakes along the way, but Shaney was very responsive and got everything taken care of. Our mature trees and their roots made it more challenging, but they powered through it.
