If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. Day one they plumbed our bathroom backwards boring holes in the brand new floors and walls. Doing this when they had pictures drawn and specifics worded on the floors and walls of the layout. One month in they approved a custom ordered shower base and it didn't fit. Unreturnable (over $800.00 down the hole). They used the wrong caulk leaving our shower walls coming away from the walls. Instead of the black fixtures we requested they spray painted white ones leaving them chipping and peeling just months after moving in. Our basement flooded due to the valves they provided leaking. When reaching out by email they responded with a demand for wire transfer payment because they were under going an audit nothing to do with what we were asking for. C

We had a terrible experience with another guy. We waited 5 months with one excuse after another and we're without a shower for 5 WEEKS. I called Independent Plumbing and Matt and his crew put in a new shower for us in 1 day. Shower walls, base and redid the plumbing. They were professional, polite, and very knowledgeable. The house was cleaner when they left than when they arrived. I absolutely would recommend Independent Plumbing. If I ever have any plumbing issues again, Independent Plumbing will be my first call. I just want to let everyone know how great 😃👍 they all were. Thank you soooo much!

Responsive, fast, professional, and amazing workmanship. These guys really go above and beyond. I'll never go through anyone else for any plumbing needs ever again. We've had them do multiple jobs for us now and couldn't be happier with the end results.

Matt went to my place and estimated the cost of the remodel. Called me on site to make sure we were on the same page with how I wanted the project to look. He sent Nick, one of his plumbers to the lake cabin and the project was completed in one day. Nick did a outstanding job. I would highly recommend this company.

Matt and his team are phenomenal and do even better work. I will not go to another plumber or company. He was more than willing to come up with solutions to help us get our Property up and running; both retrofitting the well and the plumbing in the trailer home. He was the only Plumber I spoke to that was willing to work on our trailer home. Now my family and I have a great time in the Near North.
