Straight Flush Sewer

Was contacted by Ben immediately for our plugged drain. They offered immediate service and came on time as scheduled. Jason went far and above to fix the problem, which in turn saved us money. The only downside was his jokes 😉. Great guys, great service!! Would HIGHLY recommend.

Remote living and on the Saturday after Christmas: our line to the septic system was blocked and water/waste was not leaving the pipes. Backing up in the bathroom and crawl space. It was a great referral, we are so happy this was resolved so expeditiously, once Jason arrived. The "dad" jokes, were ok! :)

not open 24 hours. called on a friday at 3pm was told i will have someone out that day. got a call back that they won’t come out til monday. on monday 9 am i was told they will come out at the end of the day and they will collect my payment info after they come. so i asked why i was told they are coming on friday and why the hours are wrong online? i was then told they will not come out unless i give them my payment information before they come out.

Very disappointed.. Promised would help.. Then was told they were busy with frozen pipes up north..I understand that was more important.. But offer me off to Frank from FAST mobile home and first he couldn't make it then said he would get in touch with Jason and call me back.. Never heard from either one.. So I had issues month later and again they were too busy to see me.. Even after he had promised the very first time he would help cuz they didn't get the message thru the first time.. Sure he had dad jokes but I guess joke was on me UPDATE.. Owner called me yesterday shortly after this post and proceeded to yell at me for giving him 2 stars.. Said he was too busy to call me but yet found the time now to list all the reasons he couldn't call.. I tried to talk to him but he wouldn't let me

100% recommend this company! He is super friendly with a lot of funny puns and a great humor! He was able to come as soon as possible to my home and was in and out in 20-30 minutes. Definitely will be using him In the future! Thank you for your service! 😊
