We had an excellent experience from start to finish. The sales staff helped us choose the perfect flooring and made the process stress-free. They also came in each day to check on the progress, troubleshoot tough areas and pick up materials. The installation crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and paid attention to detail. They cleaned up thoroughly and left our home looking beautiful. I’m very impressed with both the quality of the product and the professionalism of everyone I worked with. They left us a thank you card afterwards and we absolutely love how beautiful our home is. Thank you Gary and crew.

I had a small leak in a half bath in my townhome which caused warping damaged to some of the wood planks. Emailed Indiana Best Flooring Company via Angi. Owner called and we discussed my issue. He said it would be a small job but would be happy to help. He sent one of his employees to fix the issue and was able to complete the small job in about 2.5 hours. Job was done and the floor looks as good as new. Fair price and the owner called me several times before and after to answer questions and check on the progress. I would recommend Indiana Best Flooring.

This company was amazing from start to finish. The most important part to my family was communication. Everything from start to finish was easy. I would highly recommend this company. Specifically James was a tremendous help. Update it has been a year and a half. I've had a couple problem spots. So we have called the company 4 times. My wife set an appointment and we took off work for no one to show. I've called again and hope to hear something.

The guys did a very good job of installing padding and the carpet we purchased. We are very pleased with the way it turned out.

Our office needed new flooring. They were able to come in over a weekend and take care of everything without us having to close. I was very appreciative for that. They did carpet and vinyl. It all looks great. You can tell they take pride in provide customer service. Very happy I chose them.
