Definitely a five star experience. This is the second time I have used this company. I called Hugh at 11 am on Friday to see if he could ship a Kerdi shower system to me by Wednesday the next week. He called me back in an hour and got my order in and shipped the same day. I ended up getting it the next day! The kit was complete and ready to be installed.
