Indoor Air Experts has 4 locations they service for us and they do a very good job. Tyler and a co-worker came to our home today for our winter equipment check. They were dressed appropriately, on time, and called prior to arrival. They worked quickly and Tyler went over their pricing program sheet and took payment. Tyler handled our payment professionally and I highly recommend, not only Tyler but the company he represents.

The quality of the work is fine; however the company needs to improve their communication and scheduling. I wasted almost four days waiting for the company to arrive. The first day I was assured multiple times they would arrive (via phone calls I made to the front office) and they never did. At no point did the company reach out to me to inform me they wouldn't make it. The second day/time we set, again I was assured multiple times throughout the day that the techs would arrive that day but they never showed up and I received no contact about them not being able to arrive. The third day, they finally arrived 4 hours after the scheduled time for that day and were unable to complete the defined scope of work that day due to a lack of materials. Everyone was so polite and responsive from the first phone call to the the technician that fixed our A/C!! I called at 9am and they were able to squeeze me into their busy schedule the same day. The technician arrived right when he said he would and had our A/C fixed in under an hour. He was very polite and very knowledgable! Indoor air Experts has certainly earned my business.

This business installed my unit in new construction 2 years ago and maintains it at 6 month intervals. When deciding which system to install, I spoke with the owner on pros and cons of each type. I have not been disappointed. The whole team is educated on various aspects of systems and maintenance processes. They are all easy to work with and we feel valued by every one we’ve dealt with during the last 2 years.
