One of the best ways to tell if you are dealing with a good company is when something goes awry and you have an issue. I had an issue, and they went above and beyond to help solve it. Ordered 2 stainless water basins for our church to replace rusted out old ones. These are extremely high quality in my opinion, they came with every thing needed to operate. I just bolted them on and plugged the water supply line in. I will definitely order from them again.
