They are not allow to sell you parts because of liability or whatever that means so they only install it for you for just $500 . Amazing that if you ask the name of a certain model of spring door they don’t event “know”

We are building a new home. We had the most amazing experience with all of our contractors except for Industrial Door. Overall they took over 8 months to complete our garage door installation. I reached out to the owner and he never reached back to me. We also received several calls about paying our invoice before the job was complete. It truly was a disappointing experience.

We couldn’t be more pleased with our new garage door. It looks fantastic!! The upmost professionalism that we received from Linda and Noah was top notch. Linda walked me through the showroom and explained everything in great detail and gave me several options to choose from. She truly cares about her customers and was extremely helpful. Noah was polite and very knowledgeable, the door was installed in no time. The fair pricing and customer service was so wonderful, we had them return and place a new overhead garage door opener in our other garage. Hands down, I will refer Industrial Door to my friends and family all day long.

I was very pleased with this company's staff, service, and quality of workmanship. They were punctual, courteous, willing to discuss options and related costs, and gave a reasonable estimate for the option I chose. They could have easily and rightly exceeded that estimate, but they didn't charge a dollar more. I highly commend their work ethic.

Once very responsive and with helpful service personnel, but now impossible to get even the courtesy of a return phone call. Unprofessional and clearly without any system for follow up calls and service. Recommend another company if your garage door needs serviced.
