Industrial Floor Corporation

I hired Industrial Floor Corporation for a large garage epoxy coating application. Not only has the product withstood the test of time over two years later with daily vehicle and storage use, but the company was extremely responsive and professional and made themselves available to answer questions during and after the installation. I wanted something that would protect the floor and look decorative, and the coating did the trick. IFC was up-front about what to expect since the product was going over an existing old concrete floor with multiple cracks. This was the perfect solution instead of spending thousands for a new concrete floor. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them to others.

Work was not done correctly the first time, very inconsistent application, company came back to repair and made no improvement. Five months later all of the applications over the joints have failed. Bubbled and cracked. Incorrect application. When I called Industrial they mentioned the 1 year warranty does not apply. They came back to look at the floor and provided me an estimate of 6K to repair their sloppy work. STAY AWAY from this company. They do not stand behind their work.

I have had an excellent experience with both their management team and also first hand with their onsite workers and couldn't be happier! I would certainly recommend!
