Through my home warranty I was assigned Indy Electric to come to my residence to change a circuit breaker that caused the fan motor to my AC to fail. Although it is a simple job I had to work with the warranty company so they would pay for the new fan motor in the AC. I am perfectly fine with that to save me a lot of money. Indy Electric's website advertises open 24 hours. I am sure that is so that they can respond to emergency issues. I called on Saturday morning the 29th of July not expecting to talk with anyone. I did leave a voice mail thinking this was a quick job for someone and I could get scheduled to have it done when they called back. By Monday mid morning I had not received a callback so I called them again. Once again, no answer. I called again in the early afternoon. I did not
