After having a horrible experience with another flooring company and having to tear it all out 2 months later due to install failure, we hired infinite flooring to replace it and they did an absolute amazing job from start to finish. We had the owner Jesten come out and look and the old flooring and walked us through exactly what the reasons were for it failing and how it needed to be done correctly. It's amazing how different the floor looks and feels, they use great products and installers that know what they're doing! We couldn't be happier with the floor and everyone we worked with! We bought a 1,600 square foot condo and made major renovations. Infinite Floors provided our beautiful herringbone-patterned LPV and all our carpeting. Jestin and Miranda demonstrated great flexibility in coordinating with all our other suppliers and contractors. When issues arose, Jestin stood firmly behind all commitments he had made to us, even when that resulted in less profit for infinite Floors. I have recommended IF to family members and friends, and will continue to do so.
