Based on the overall buying process and the end result of my new home in the Poplar Trace community in Corydon, Indiana, I am extremely satisfied. There were some bumps in the road during the process, sure, but the final product definitely, so far, has outweighed my overall expectations. When I first started looking for a home, I was struggling to find anything that looked like home or even came close to being something that I was interested in buying. Read their response to their reviews. They never take accountability for mistakes. Lived in the house for over 4 years and there is still things that were never fixed that were outlined from the initial and one year walk through. Still to this day we are finding issues that Infinity cut corners on just to save a few bucks. Columns on patio not supporting patio roof, wrong shower pan type used on upstairs shower, no insulation on the exterior wall above the patio, just to make a few. There are countless horror stories from the whole neighborhood. Buyer beware.

My family and I purchased a home from in Greenway Commons recently! We cannot wait to move in! Renada made the process so easy and she is so helpful with the small anxieties that we experienced in the process. She is very positive and knowledgeable.

You can look at an initial and know huh? I do own one of your homes. I wish I wouldn't have bought my house now. Im still waiting on basic things we never got that was requested on inspection. Told things at closing that were untrue. Awful experience.

Our experience began with viewing the spec home 'the Carson' at Heritage Place, where we were informed by Ranada that the base price of $530,000 included all fixtures. She suggested signing a contract without our realtor, Lisa, for a better deal and mentioned including built-in shelves by the fireplace for a quick decision.
