This was, hands down, the best service I've ever received from an HVAC company. Our heat pump was completely dead and needed to be replaced. The owner of the company himself came out to our house to do the estimate. He sat down with me and my wife and clearly explained every detail of the process. He presented us with options and lots of information so that we could make an informed decision of whether or not to go with him. There was no pressure to buy and even said I should get additional quotes. Highly recommend Infinity HVAC for all HVAC need.

We returned from vacation to an AC unit that didn’t work. The guys at Infinity HVAC came out, diagnosed the issue (was the fan motor), and ordered the part the same day. We were told that it could take 7-14 days before the part came in; however, the part was in and installed the morning of day 5 (which included 2 weekend days)! We have AC again!! These guys were really great to work with. Customer service was top notch, and to top it off, they like dogs (we have a Lab and a Shepherd)! Will definitely call Infinity for any future HVAC needs.
