These guys are fantastic. Very professional and conscientious. They entered the home with booties and Then got to work they took Their time and making sure that the work that they did was quality and after getting my ductwork clean they showed me all the dirt and debris and dust that came out out of the vents. I was so confident in their work I even signed up for a yearly maintenance plan of my systems.

My experience with infinity performance heating and cooling has been such a whirlwind! The owner Arturo came to my building and fixed my thermostat no problem and it was fine. A couple of months later, it wasn’t working and he sent a couple of his guys out to help work on the roof. The issue that I was having was the tremendous lack of communication on their part. Nobody from the roof came down to express to me what they were doing, what they were changing and how much it was going to be. At the end of the service when they told me how much it cost, I was still in the dark on why it was so much because that wasn’t the original price that I was told. When I decided to go ahead and just pay the money to get the part, there was more lack of communication on trying to schedule when they could

Had my two heat pump systems go out rights before an ice storm. Arturo and his crew got my systems installed in record time. Everyone I dealt with was super nice and helpful. This company really cares about their customers! Would highly recommend them.
