Infinity Replacement by Marvin

This is the second home I have owned where I have replaced nearly all of the windows with Infinity From Marvin. My experience is that the quality of the product is top notch. They open, close and lock smoothly they have reduced interior room temperatures significantly in those rooms facing south, making them much more comfortable and they have dramatically reduced sounds coming from outside. Jason and Andrew were there every step of the way to answer any questions. Donald and the team of installers were knowledgeable, efficient and left no mess. On the outside they did need to replace some cedar trim that had rotted and they trimmed out the windows to prevent that from happening in the future…probably the way it should have been done 35 years ago when the house was built. When we decided to replace all our windows, we knew it would be a significant investment, so picking the right supplier was extremely important to us. We could not be happier with our decision to use Infinity from Marvin. Our sales rep, Gary, was extremely professional and answered all our questions. The installation team was equally professional, and very efficient in getting the job done a day early. We would highly recommend Infinity from Marvin.

There was no high pressure sales pitch. We we had 3 different types of exterior doors quoted and made our decision within a week. We received a tentative installation date about 2 weeks after our order was placed. The install date actually happened 2 days early and the installers did a fabulous job. Marvin does a final walk-through before the final payment is made. We're very pleased with their product & service!

We went through Costco for our windows and would recommend them to anyone. From sales to installation, we were so happy with our service. Most importantly, windows are absolutely wonderful.

We had Infinity cut out and put a brand new vinyl transom window in our Dining area, just to allow some natural light in. Quality and first class experience from start to finish and even follow-up/sign off. Jason was awesome on the sales end. Andrew was top-notch as an installer and finisher.
