We worked with Mike through InFocus Inspection and could not have asked for a more reliable and kind guy. Mike went out of his way to inspect a home we were looking into, even coming on a Sunday to inspect with little notice. Mike was detail oriented and took his time to fully inspect the home with time and great focus. His report was available not even 24 hours after the inspection and was detailed with photo and video as well as explanations on the matter for people who are new to this. Mike was awesome! Very easy to book online and on time. He was patient and took time to meticulously look at all areas of the home. He gave us great feedback, was extremely knowledgeable, and explained what he was looking for and what he was doing. The home is in a wooded area and was glad to see he knew a lot about what to look for on homes in those conditions. I learned a great deal. Inspection was waived in the purchase of my home, so this was for my purpose to get the state of the home and any major repairs that were needed. I'm glad that Mike was honest and straightforward on what was needed to bring things up to code, and any major repairs we were going to need. Wow. Mike is the best home inspector in WNY, period. If your like me and read all the reviews before hiring, just stop and hire InFocus. Mike is very detailed especially on electrical, responsive, and knowledgable. His reports are very detailed and include video walk thoughts of the space.
