I had two furnaces installed, one with full duct work in my home this year and Smart Home was great. They took a lot of time with estimates to work through what would really work best for my house, answered all of my questions and made a lot of great suggestions. They did quality work for very reasonable cost, are responsive and very conscientious. I worked with Joe and Josh, and highly recommend them

I had a new furnace installed by this company a little over a week ago after my old furnace kept shutting off; and I have not been disappointed with the results. I called them based on the excellent reviews they received and now I know why. They took my call immediately and sent a technician out the next day. A few days after that I had a new furnace installed. They worked quickly, kept everything neat and picked up any mess made. They are a great team and I will use them in the future

We called Smart Home Heating and Cooling during the midst of a heat wave when we had a leak in our ceiling from our AC unit. They were able to come within a day and crawled up in our VERY hot attic to diagnose the problem and fixed the issue the next morning. Jake, Joe and Greg were very responsive, provided great communication, explained everything that they were doing, and offered solutions to improve our setup in the future. The service call was also very reasonably priced. We'd definitely recommend their service to others and will call them again for future work.

They were amazing! Very professional and honest. They took a look at my AC unit I needed repaired and gave me all of my options and explained why! This is a big one for me, dumbing down what is wrong so I was able to make the best decision. They were on time and worked quickly with a 2 person team. When I had to change my appt due to work they were able to work with me and I was able to book under 2 weeks out. I highly recommend and love small businesses!

From my very first phone call with Jake, I knew I made the right choice. Joe was able to come out a few days later and give me a price that was much cheaper than their competitors! 10 days later my new HVAC was installed. I highly recommend Joe, Jake, and Greg! They did a fantastic job!
