I have worked with Ingersoll for several years on a couple historic homes. I found them to be professional, courteous and reliable - committed to doing things right, with respect for the unique character of the property. All of the work has been top notch. Ingersoll was originally recommended to me by another painter in the trade who no longer wanted to work at great height. In my experience the recommendation was a sound one. Painters come and go, but not Ingersoll. I think there is value in working with a local company that has been in the trade for generations.

Ingersoll’s whole team and process was professional and of the highest quality. I searched for three years for a company in Buffalo willing to take on the project of restoring this 1978 redwood house. Not only did they say yes immediately when other contractors pulled away as soon as they saw it. But their quote was very reasonable. They were highly communicative and we worked together on a very difficult project. They were here for nearly a month working on the house and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results. They truly cared for my home and this project.

I hired Ingersoll to paint my kitchen cabinets for a more modern look and the project turned out amazing. Great customer service and communication and the work crew was friendly, cleaned up well and treated my home like their own. Will certainly use again and highly recommend.

Ingersoll finished our third floor attic in Elmwood Village. They always returned calls quickly; they were 100% clear up front about all costs and stuck to them; they always showed up when they said they would; they were good to have around the house (shout out to Andy, Jason, and Ritchie, who were awesome). It was a big &complicated job so occasionally something didn't go right, they fixed without complaining even if it was a big pain in the neck for them. They weren't the cheapest but you really got what you pay for.

Ingersoll spiffed up our laundry room for us. Their quote was very fair and the work is impeccable. Everyone I worked with there was knowledgeable and friendly. We look forward to working with them again.
