The work that was done was standard. They did a good job. The price was way too high but these guys knew what they were doing. As for the tools that went missing from my house and replaced I’m thankful, but things going missing should never happen when contractors are trusted in your home. This safety incident was not reflected in the price at all either. So, be vigilante.

Not a great experience. Ingraham asbestos team based their bid on photos and measurements only. No one from asbestos team evaluated property in person. Non team employee arrived very late, in the dark, dirty from a construction site to measure only. Employee could not answer any of my questions. Walking on clean/hardwood floors with dirty/wet boots. WIthout the proper evaluation in person on property, Ingraham emailed me a high bid. As a residential customer, I was disappointed.

Ingraham Environmental showed up after hours to our building and, understanding the problems we were facing, tested our location and gave results quickly. The abatement was well done, timely and professional. I would highly recommend Ingraham Environmental.

Boiler was removed in a timely manner and they cleaned up very well after themselves 5 stars all around

Amazing place they take all of the extra steps to do the job amazing and keep people and the public safe great contractor to use and work with I highly recommend them for any hazardous materials removal or mold remediation or any job you want clean and safe while being done and for years to come
