Inlet Pools

Had a pool installed at our new house build in 2019. Even though the construction of our house was delayed, Greg was cooperative. He went out of his way to answer all our questions. Even got a water feature!

Greg and his team are unprofessional, they refuse to respond to texts and calls from myself and others who have used them to put in their pools. Our pool has a leak in it from where it was incorrectly put in, my family has called Greg and Inlet pools multiple time but they will not answer or take their mistakes into accountability. DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU WANT YOUR POOL TO LOOK LIKE THIS!! Since the end of the summer, I have been trying to get a hold of Inlet Pools to fix the mess that they created.

We contacted Greg about getting a pool at our new home. We chose the pool, he said he had a person cancel their pool and that we would move up on the list and most likely have our pool in August/September time frame. He sent me a text on August 10 saying he was starting the permit process. My neighbors had their pools delivered on September 7 and I text him to see what the status of our pool was… three days later he replied… last week I sent a message to ask about the pool, waited three days and got no response, tried to call and his voicemail is full, so I sent a text and said “Greg, your voicemail is full- please call me ASAP” three days later still no call, so I sent a text and said we were cancelling our order - we had not paid anything to him yet, so no money lost… I called the coun

We have used Greg twice. The first installation went in fairly well. This last install was a nightmare. Greg NEVER returns phone calls and lies every time his mouth opens. I know this sounds harsh, but after 30 to 40 times being lied to, it gets to you. He kept blaming COVID for not getting material (yet I was able to purchase it). Then he blamed the weather (yet weather was fine), then he blamed he was too busy (then quit taking on more client's till you get the ones that have paid you finished). This is absolutely the WORST pool company. I am not sure what is going on with him, but he finally told us he was getting out of the pool business....Thank goodness!!!!!

So, we contacted Greg in Dec 2020 and all seemed up and up. Pool was delivered Feb 2021, and this is when the disasters started. For 6 months the pool sat in our front yard till we got a summons to remove it. Finally he came and moved it to the back, where it sat a few weeks more till finally they came and put it in the ground. Then we never saw him again. Gave him money up front and financed the rest, but he told others he wasn’t working on our pool cause we hadn’t paid him. After waiting almost a year we had to change contractors, and this almost doubled our bill. Do not hire this man for anything. Two years of hell and misery brought on by him and his deceitful ways.
