A great experience! Inline had great pricing, timely work as well as outstanding quality. My floors were in terrible shape and Darwin and his crew restored them to their original luster. I had 100+ year old hardwood floors that never had been finished to antique wide pine. Just a fabulous job!!!! Highly recommend - a pleasure to do business with!

Darwin was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, patient, and communicative. I got three separate quotes to refinish the floors in my new 150+ year old home, and Darwin took the time to come in, examine everything, explain creative and cost effective solutions for issues and repairs the floors needed, and answered all my questions, no matter how small. His pricing is beyond fair. He communicated every step of the way with me throughout the process (and also fixed my loose kitchen faucet, which was very kind). I won’t need to have to have my floors done for many years now, but I would recommend Darwin to anyone looking to refinish theirs.

Words can't express what an amazing job Darwin and his team did. He walked through with both of us, letting us know about the types of wood, how it will look, and issues that may arise. He stayed in contact daily, sending us pictures and a video at the end of how it all looks. It was a seamless process with absolute perfect work. Our first-floor house finally feels complete. The level of care and craft doesn't go unnoticed.

Responsive, quality work, and trustworthy - that is how I would describe Darwin and his team. My experience was a lot better than some of the others who recently worked with Inline, so i would consider less than positive experience as a fluke / something to not take too seriously. I was looking for someone who was able to help with installation of ceramic tile and vinyl plank flooring - Inline did both, so I gave them a call to get an estimate for the tile and VFP work. Darwin picked up the first time I called and was able to give me a rough estimate based on the dimensions of my room but also came to see the space in person to give me an accurate estimate. I really appreciated this since I am a first-time home owner and he explained the whole process of what he’d do. I first got the til
