Pat was the best. We called 20-30 plumbers from Syracuse to Rochester. Most don’t answer the phone. The few that did wanted to charge upwards of $1000 just to look at the problem because it was the holiday weekend, let alone solve it. We had another company come through the night before, and he tried for an hour, then told us we would need to dig and it would cost $7500! We paid him the same amount we would end up paying Inn Drain, and the first guy didn’t fix anything or try anything that Pat would end up trying. I’m so glad we called for a second opinion.
