Optimum Coaters

I recently hired Optimum Coaters to upgrade my driveway to blacktop, and they did an outstanding job. We were not impressed with this company. In April, they said we would be scheduled in May. I touched base beginning of May to figure out a date, and they said they hadn't scheduled yet due to nighttime temperatures. They never followed up. It was May 29th, and I had never heard a thing. I had to call and ask what was going on with our appointment. An older woman answered the phone, went on about her recent surgery and office staff leaving and her being new to the position, etc. She was the only one to offer us an actual date to get this sealcoat done. I asked what time, so I could have the money ready and cars moved. She said she couldn't give a specific time, but that it would be in the morning sometime around 11. We moved the cars the night before, since one is manual and I can't move it

Does good business. They were able to get my driveway sealed when several other companies told me they were booked until spring. Even though I had to be rescheduled twice, they always communicated updates and didn't disappoint with the end result. Better prices than their competitors as well. Would recommend.

Optimum did a great job! They cleaned around all the edges, sealed the cracks, and were careful not to get sealant on anything that shouldn’t.
