Best place to buy your materials. Went in this morning told them what i thought i needed then they gave me their honest suggestion which made more sense to us. Once we came to what i needed, as soon as it was paid for they started loading it up and then delivered it for me and were there about the same time as me. Definitely using them again highly recommend. Super great pricing, prompt, honest, and the material was great quality.

BEWARE do not us them. Rude and doesn’t listen also comes really late with no call. We finally contacted the. My husband went out when it was starting to be dumped and said he asked to back right up to the wall 1 foot wall and dump in the area in the middle. The owner looked and asked if the cars were in the driveway and I said no. He said it’s hard to find good help. I said I didn’t want to give a bad review and he said he doesn’t care hasn’t looked at those in 2 years. I’ll said well consumers do. I wasn’t going to write the review but they were all so rude and the owner said the one guy is going through a lot. Well still not okay to be rude.

We ordered a yard of bark mulch from Inner City to be delivered on a specific day 8:30-9:00 but they showed up at 7:30 waking us up from the dinging of our door bell, including our two young children. The driver told me the delivery time was scheduled for 8:00. I then asked why he showed up earlier than what he “thought” was the agreed time. He responded by stating “next time I’ll bring a clock so that I’m on time”. Very rude and inconsiderate. I’m not impressed with this company and will not be using them again. I recommend staying away from this business as they don’t respect their customers, only appear to care about making money. ~Kevin N.

This is the third time I used Inner City Materials for my bark mulch -- we have a large property and need 8 - 10 yards each year. Their prices are competitive and delivery is less than others in the area. When I used other providers I found mushrooms growing after a period of time -- we have a lot of shade. I've never had mushrooms or weird mold patches when I used them. The mulch has to be delivered under a tree with low branches, so they bring it in two loads in the smaller truck and don't charge extra for delivery. The owner has always been very courteous when taking the order, they deliver when they say they will, and this year the young man delivering the much even moved my huge wind chime so he could dump the load in a better place.
