My husband and I have met the contractor and crew of our dreams. We put off doing our kitchen renovation for years until we met Matheus he put us at ease explaining the entire process and with his expertise, professionalism, suggestions and support he made our dream kitchen a reality. Matheus outlined what was going to take place and followed up everyday. If there was something that didn’t meet his expectations he would have it redone he is quite the perfectionist! They are very client focused what Matheus and his crew accomplished in the timeframe he outlined was amazing and completed under the quoted timeframe! We have done multiple kitchen and bath remodels and Innova Home Improvements has been one of the easiest and most professional contractors we have used. There was clear and timely communication, things were done when they said they were going to be done and there was very little to no follow up necessary. Matheus and his team were friendly, knowledgeable and a joy to work with. The quality of work is been top notch and the pricing was very fair. We are extremely happy with how the project went as well as the outcome and will definitely be using Innova Home Improvements for future bathroom remodeling.

We cannot say too many good things about this company. The owner was involved in every aspect; we saw him almost every day. He stuck to his original schedule, was always available on the phone, and his workers showed up as scheduled. His price was fair, and at the end of the job, he spent most of a day making sure all of the work was perfect. We will use him when we redo our bathroom and recommend him to anyone who needs a remodel.

I hired Innova Home Renovations for a project that included cabinet refinishing, countertop installation, and removing carpet from the stairs, with work taking place from February 20 to March 4. Overall, I had a good experience and would hire them again. The team was professional, responsive, and the final results were solid. As this was my first time working with a contractor, I had some personal observations—not necessarily complaints, but things I’d approach differently next time or suggest for an improved experience: * The kitchen was without running water for a week. In hindsight, I would’ve preferred if the cabinets had been completed first while keeping the sink functional, then waiting until all materials were on hand and measured before moving forward with countertops and backspl
