Kim came to address an issue I had with my stove cook top and was prepared. He was professional and efficient. He even went above and beyond to put my cook top back together and test the eyes to make sure all was working optimally. Not only did Kim figure out the issue and conplete the work in less than 30 min, the company dispatched him to address my concern the SAME DAY my issue was submitted!! I would highly recommend this company and this service rep. Thank you!

I am in the real estate business and deal with vendors all the time. Very few are on time, do what they say they are going to do and complete the work in a timely manner. I was very impressed with innovative! They fixed our fridge ( instead of saying it needed to be replaced like so many others) and at a fraction of the cost we originally expected. I appreciate honest people that know what they are doing. Will definitely keep them on my future vendor list!

We recently moved here. The refrigerator in the home was a disaster and I really wanted a subzero, but was not sure we could accommodate the size. Innovative appliances sent Conner and he worked the miracle of not only making space for the subzero, but also making it blend into our kitchen like it was always meant to be there. Conner and his assistant were prompt, kind and respectful. They have been a joy to work with!

Wonderful experience with Innovative.... from the front office (Scheduler/Communication/Invoicing) to the Tech who removed my old Dishwasher to installing our new Miele dishwasher (he was careful, nice, professional and good. I'd use them again and am planning on it!

The refrigerator installation was top-notch! The technician was highly professional, meticulous, and thoughtful, tackling challenges with ease.
