Innovative Construction & Roofing

WARNING WARNING - This is the second roof I had installed with this company, they did a great job then, only satisfactory this time. If you can use another company, do so. I also had the gutters, downspouts and gutter guards. What a treble, unprofessional job i have ever seen. gutters don't drain to the downspouts, overflow the gutters. they bent the facia taking off the old gutters. Was told they have many years of experience, but i could do a better (have done a better job). If you want excuses of why they should be embarrassed about a completed job this is your company.

Innovative Construction and Roofing was a great company to work with. They were very polite, answered text messages quickly, gave a free inspection, did an amazing job replacing the roof and completed the project in only one day. There were some rotten boards beneath the shingles that needed to be replaced and before doing so they took pictures and asked for permission to replace them. They cleaned up my house and yard meticulously after they replaced the roof. At one point they had started putting on a trim color that was almost but not exactly the same color as my gutters. I never would have noticed this but they called to tell me they made a mistake and told me they would take it down and replace it with white for no fee. Vincent at Innovative Roofing was outstanding to work with and extremely knowledgeable about all roofs. He and Patrick worked to replace 4 roofs and gutters on 4 locations and all work was outstanding. In fact I used them 12 years ago to replace hail damage roofs back then and they were outstanding then too. A very great company to work with and outstanding customer service !

Prompt professional service. Kyle was easy to work with. He prepared an accurate, timely quote and when I gave him the order he scheduled the work for the next week. The crew showed up at 6:30 AM and were complete at 5:30 pm that same day. They spent over an hour meticulously cleaning up and left my grounds cleaner than they found it. Spectacular work!
